The Story of us
How we came to be
We’re two lifelong friends who have walked side by side since birth, sharing not only our lives but also the journey of womanhood. Along the way, we noticed that many popular period apps felt worldly, lustful, and unbiblical for women and young girls in different stages of their lives—and it worried us to see younger girls (who we both mentor In christian youth work) relying on them without the guidance, care, or truth they truly deserve.
Why and Whats next ?
In that moment of frustration, we felt a clear call from the Holy Spirit: to create something different. Something pure, faith-led, and life-giving. Out of that calling, Holy Flow was born in March 2025.

Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, Christ-centered space for tracking cycles while honoring both the body and the soul. As of September 2025, we are thrilled to have launched the Holy Flow website. This is just the beginning—more articles, resources, and tools are on the way to encourage and equip women to live with confidence, wisdom, and faith in every season of life.
